Job Description HSE Engineer – Job Number: FH
Description Implement and maintain company HSE policy, procedures and the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE awareness sessions and toolbox talks to the workforce under the project on a daily basis.
- Ensure all PTW-required works are conducted in accordance with company PTW procedures.
- Ensure all HSE risk assessment control measures are performed properly.
- Inspect the project under her authority regularly to ensure all works are carried out safely.
- Report any incidents in the project such as unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near‑misses or accidents.
- Have the right to stop unsafe or nonconforming works that violate the project HSE plan, company procedures or HSE standards.
- Supervise and lead subcontractor HSE officers.
- Record HSE key performance indicators monthly and issue HSE reports.
