Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Engineer to join a prestigious project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards, UAE regulations, and promoting a strong safety culture across infrastructure and building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations (OSHAD / ADOSH) and ISO 45001 standards
  
• Review and approve RAMS, JSA, and Risk Assessments
  
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments
  
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce compliance
  
• Prepare HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  
• Deliver safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
  
• Promote a Zero Harm safety culture across all project activities
