They are seeking a HSE Co‑ordinator who will also play a key role in process improvement on site.

This position sits within the management team and is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on safety leadership and technical process support.

The role will be integral, ensuring robust compliance, strong cultural standards and continual improvement across the site.

Alongside this, the postholder will contribute secondarily to ongoing process and operational enhancements, supporting new product development and helping to optimise daily manufacturing performance whilst keeping the site compliant.
