Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing port HSE data (incidents near-misses KPIs).
• Support risk assessments using HIRA JSA Bowtie HAZOP .
• Help improve safety workflows including Permit-to-Work (PTW) for hot work confined spaces and electrical tasks.
• Work with terminal teams to understand operational processes.
• Support Power BI dashboards and reporting for HSE metrics.
• Prepare documentation for ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 audits .
• Assist in optimising HSE processes in terminals.
• Learn to convert operational and safety data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HSE standards for ports (ISPS ISM OSHA IMO).
• Understanding of terminal operations and cargo-handling workflows.
• Familiarity with risk assessment methods (HIRA JSA Bowtie HAZOP).
