Our client is seeking a part-time HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience supporting recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting phone screens, managing job postings, preparing new hire documentation, assisting with onboarding coordination, and supporting general HR tasks. Experience with BambooHR is required.
This role is based out of the Calgary office. The successful candidate will be self-directed and comfortable working independently, while also being proactive and ready to jump in to support the team where needed.
