We’re partnering with a client seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to support a team of 50+ employees. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys owning payroll while also contributing across key HR functions like onboarding, benefits, and employee support.
Payroll:
+ Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including wages, bonuses, stipends, and time off using ADP.
+ Maintain and update employee records (pay rates, tax withholdings, direct deposits, etc.)
+ Manage payroll deductions, including taxes and benefits
+ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
+ Partner with leadership to ensure alignment between payroll, timekeeping, and employee data
HR & Benefits:
+ Serve as a go-to resource for employee questions related to payroll and benefits
