Responsibilities:
Manage and process accurate, timely multi-state payrollMaintain payroll records including deductions, garnishments, benefits, bonuses, and PTO balancesPerform payroll general ledger reconciliations and support month-end close activities in partnership with accountingEnsure payroll tax compliance and coordinate filings with third-party providersOwn payroll and HR components of the annual budgeting processAnalyze payroll and HR-related P&L variances and provide insights to leadershipCoordinate payroll and labor reporting during monthly close and budgeting cyclesManage unemployment claims and mitigate related risksOnboarding and offboarding processesAdminister employee benefits and coordinate annual open enrollmentMaintain employee records and HRIS systemsSupport employee relations matters and respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confident...
