We are seeking a HRO Team Lead to support HR Operations for a multinational technology company. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in HR shared services, operations, or BPO environments who are passionate about team management and service excellence.
What Will You Do:
- Lead and supervise a team handling HR Operations and employee support services.
- Monitor SLA, productivity, utilization, and service quality performance.
