Position Overview
VAM Systems | HRMS Consultant (IT & Digital Transformation) We are looking for a skilled HRMS Consultant for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Educational Qualification & Certifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or HR Management with a technical focus. Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred.
Experience 5 years in HRIS/HRMS consulting preferably within a high‑growth IT or SaaS environment.
Required Technical Skills
- System Architecture: Proficiency in any HRMS applications (Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Data Tools: Advanced Excel (Power Query/VBA) and experience with SQL for data extraction and auditing.
