Position Overview
Reporting to CHRO, this new position is responsible for designing, establishing, and managing a training center that supports organizational capability building. The Manager will focus on creating learning strategies, developing training infrastructure, and implementing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.
Requirements - Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training
- Proven experience setting up or managing a training center or academy
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with enterprise LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Office Location: West|Monday to Friday onsite
