Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing system support
- Ensure data security best practices (OAuth 2.0, etc.)
- Perform unit, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Support Workday releases and post-production enhancements
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong Workday exposure
- Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations (70%):
- Workday Studio
- EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Core Connectors
- Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Functional experience (30%) in:
- Workday HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
- Configurations related to integrations
