Position Summary: This position is responsible for analyzing, testing and implementing HRIS computer system modules including, but not limited to, human resources, payroll, benefits, etc., providing support in the analysis and maintenance of other company programs.
Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
+ Analyzes the companyβs HR information needs, both immediate and long term and plans for development of and/or changes in the systems to meet those needs.
+ Analyzes current problems and reviews system capabilities to ascertain whether operations can be more efficient by modification of the system or the process, by rescheduling system use, or by better training of the system users.
