HRIS Service Delivery (85%)

- Support to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system/data issues through Servicenow

Tickets.

- Provide day-to-day HR System support to answer incoming requests and aim for the highest

level of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and process HR service requests actions as needed in a timely manner, ensure data

integrity, and follow up as necessary to assure completion of actions

- Maintain data dictionary definitions, documentation and support guides.

- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
