Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HRIS professional to join our HRIS team. This role will initially focus on supporting the global payroll system rollout, while also managing SuccessFactors BAU support, reporting, change requests, and system enhancements. The successful candidate will act as the HRIS lead for system projects and enhancements, working closely with HR stakeholders, external vendors, IT, and local HR teams to ensure smooth implementation, user adoption, and ongoing system support.
