What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in HRIS and payroll operations
- Proven experience managing or supervising HR Shared Services teams
- Strong SAP or equivalent HRIS experience
- Advanced Excel and data analytics capability
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
