TITLE: HRIS Manager


DUTIES: We seek an HRIS Manager based out of our U.S. headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan; however, this is a purely telecommuting/work-from-home position whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the U.S. Note, this position does not require travel.


Maintain management and technical responsibilities for all interfaces globally, which includes all systems that the organization’s data sent from Workday to local and corporatewide systems such as payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefit Carriers, RSP, ERP, Travel, Active Directory, HFM, etc. Work closely with IT, local HR / payroll resources, as well as, outside resources as applicable. Create interfaces, technical programs, by which the organization automatically sends data to and from its global Human Capital Management System, Workday.
