Position Overview
Responsibilities - Employee Culture amp Engagement
- Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence)
- Manage day-to-day system issues, troubleshooting and production support
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides for HR teams and end users
- Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements, UAT deployments
- Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives
Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM
- Technical proficiency in Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence)
- Experience in documentation (SOPs, BRDs), User Acceptance Testing, and End User training
