Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organizations Human Resource Information System (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy generating insightful reports and supporting HR operations with technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS including system configuration maintenance and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics compliance and business insights.
- Partner with HR Payroll IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
