Job Summary
The HRIS Administrator is part of the Human Resources department and works closely with the Human Resources department on a regular basis. The job holder will provide HRIS support, assist with generating headcount reports, and liaise with the wider international HR teams on day-to-day HRIS related queries.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pre‑onboarding and onboarding functions for all new hires, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate HRIS data entry.
- Support and manage the Help workspace with queries, serving as the first point of contact.
- Create generic reports for ad‑hoc requests and design and distribute monthly, quarterly, year‑end and ad‑hoc reports.
- Develop and execute audit queries for HRIS data integrity.
- Act as liaison with local HR teams.
- Manage our internal SharePoint with in‑house guides for HRIS and HR and other initiatives.
