Human Resource – HR

• Overall Management of HR Functions including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues.
• Manage HR Welfare and Benefits Operations to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
• Develop and Implement HR Strategies, Policies, Systems, and Processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee Employee Relations and Communication, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws.
