・Manage end-to-end HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR administration ・Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies ・Handle industrial relations matters, including union communication and disciplinary processes ・Oversee performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives ・Provide strategic HR advice and recommendations to management ・Monitor and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures General Affairs
