We are looking for an HRD Specialist, Talent Management to join our HRD team from August 2026 to September 2027.
In this role, you act as our in-house talent management expert, driving the development and implementation of modern performance and competence management practices across the University. Your work supports people’s growth and success while strengthening a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and dialogue.
