Managing the annual training budget.Surveying the needs of employees in each department every year.Organizing the orientation plan for new employees.Developing a career path plan for the talent pool.Preparing a coaching plan for manager/supervisor levelsPreparing a summary report on training results.Conducting a comparative analysis of training in each course.Preparing and submitting training reports to the Department of Skill Development.Performing other tasks as assigned.
