Strategic HR Initiatives - To develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives - To support talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness - To lead performance management, talent management, and succession planning 2. Human Resource Development - To develop HR programs, assess training needs - To analyze program effectiveness using performance evaluations and KPIs 3. Competency & Career Path Planning - To manage competency frameworks, develop career paths - To develop plans, including succession planning and leadership development 4. Management Reporting & Compliance - To monitor and improve HRD management reports 5. Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line
