Position Title – HRBP Supervisor (Training & Development) – On Site
Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León
The Job As an HRBP Supervisor (Training & Development), you’ll be part of the Human Resources team working as an on‑site employee.
Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the Training & Development team, including direct reports and site trainers.
- Manage and execute the annual training plan for operators (makers) and staff populations.
- Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing hands‑on HR support on the shop floor.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational priorities.
- Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into development initiatives.
