1. More than 4 years of relevant work experience in human resources; Experience in AI or Fintech companies is highly preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above, human resources related majors are preferred;
3. A systematic knowledge system of human resource management theory, Experience in HR modules such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, performance management and Employee Retention is required;
4. Have strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability;
5. Have good oral and written expression ability, communication coordination and organization skills, serious and responsible, rigorous and upright, strong ability to resist stress;
6. Experience in working with regional teams in SEA, China and India would be an added advantage.
