Position Overview
Job Descriptions:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for plant/manufacturing management to align people strategy with business and operational objectives
- Partner closely with Plant Managers and manufacturing leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related decision making
- Manage industrial relations matters, including employee relations, labor union communication, disciplinary cases, and employment compliance
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce productivity, shift management, and workforce optimization initiatives
- Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs within the manufacturing area
- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor regulations and internal company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
