What the Day Will Look Like
Strategic Leadership & People Agenda Ownership
Lead and drive the end-to-end people strategy for the assigned business portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives, including but not limited to:
+ Shaping and embedding leadership capability strategies
+ Owning talent strategy including Talent Reviews, HiPo development, succession planning and retention
+ Drive strategy and plans for development of executive leadership capabilities
+ Leading large-scale organisational transformation, restructuring and M&A integration activities
+ Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to ensure people initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
+ Own and drive annual cycle activities (e.g., performance, compensation, talent reviews), ensuring quality, consistency and alignment
