Adecco's client is looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting site-based workforce operations, acting as the primary HR contact for assigned business units. This role focuses on workforce planning for project mobilization and demobilization, employee relations management, and ensuring full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies. Working closely with project managers and site leadership teams, the HRBP will support end-to-end HR activities including performance management, talent development, employee engagement, onboarding, and foreign worker administration.
