Handle and manage procedures for foreign employees, including work permits, visas, temporary residence cards, flight bookings, and related documentation.
Perform administrative tasks such as payment procedures, expense handling, and preparation for guest reception.
Manage company apartments and vehicles, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance.
Support general HR & Administration activities as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Job Requirements
College degree or above in relevant fields.
Proficient in English; Chinese is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and good communication skills.
Good teamwork spirit with a strong sense of responsibility.
