ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Transformation Project Manager to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. You will take the lead on critical projects, acting as the local project management expert to transform our HR landscape.
The Role:
Support and manage the local setup of a new clocking system, including liaising with local Facility Management, IM/IT, and security to manage the full implementation of all clocking machines/time and attendance solution across a manufacturing multi site organisation.Manage the complete decommissioning of the current time and attendance solution including historical data management and change management once the new clocking solution is live.Collaborate with stakeholders to define goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
