Qualification:
Male / Female, age between 35 – 45 years
Bachelor of Human Resources or other related fields.
Experienced in HRM & Training department for 7 years in Food or Retailing Business would be an advantage.
Can use a computer
High leadership, experience in planning - management. And negotiation skills. And good human relations. Have good communication & interpersonal skill with good personality.
