Position Overview
Ensure all C&B policies and practices comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in each operating country Conduct job evaluations and grading for new or restructured roles across the region using standardized methodologies to maintain internal equity Assist in designing, reviewing, and implementing competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits packages across assigned regional countries Lead and automate the execution of annual compensation processes, including the Annual Merit Review (salary increments) and performance-based bonus allocations, by developing dynamic, user-friendly templates for regional business leaders and local HR teams.
