Temporary HR Support Staff (3-Month Contract, Extendable) We are looking for a temporary staff to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, dependable, and keen to gain exposure to HR work. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Support coordination and logistical tasks
Take on ad-hoc HR duties as needed
Requirements Familiarity with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (e.g. Google Sheet, Google Slides, Google Site, Google Doc)
Familiarity with Ministry of Manpower rules and regulations
Responsible and meticulous
Responsive to feedback and willing to learn
HR experience is a bonus
Terms of Engagement Hourly Rate: $12-$15 (commensurate with experience)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract
Extension: Option to extend to 6 months or 1 year, subject to good contributions
