Position Overview
- Any Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Must have minimum 3-6 years of experience in Talent Management and Recruitment
- Must have experience in Campus hiring, Onboarding/Offboarding, and Career fair engagement activities
- Must have experience in Customer management, Vendor and Stakeholder management
- Must have experience in Learning & Training programs coordination
- Must have knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and local HR practices to ensure compliant recruitment and program delivery
- Good to have any related certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
