**Role Summary**

As an HR System Specialist-Oracle HCM (HR Operations) at Staples, you will be a key member of the HR Operations team supporting Staples US Retail, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to modernize HR technology and enhance the associate experience.

This is a functional HR Operations role focused on Oracle HCM configuration, adoption, and process optimization, not an engineering or systems administration position.

This role is responsible for the management, optimization, and evolution of HR systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and HR priorities.
