Position Overview
Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Governance
- Ensure system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with global HR processes and standards
- Support release management activities, including feature assessment, impact analysis, and regression testing
- Develop deep expertise in key functional areas such as roles and permissions, report creation and maintenance, and management of global-to-local system integrations
Operations
- Act as a Level 1/Level 2 support subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules
- Maintain and enhance inbound and outbound integrations, as well as custom interfaces; proactively troubleshoot and resolve system failures
