Job Description
Lead the management and development of HR systems to meet operational needs.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.Provide training and support to HR teams on system functionalities and updates.Monitor and maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.Analyse HR metrics and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
