Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Organisation Development
- Support Learning & Development administration, including handling queries, course nominations/registrations, and e-learning account management
- Coordinate with officers, training providers, and VITAL on course arrangements
- Provide logistical support for induction programmes and OD-related events
- Assist in data processing, report generation, and data cleaning for reporting purposes
Recruitment, Contract Management & Offboarding
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, application shortlisting, interview arrangements, written tests, and candidate follow-ups
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring exit checklists are completed
- Assist in tracking and maintaining employee contract records
- Perform any other duties as assigned
