Position Overview
Job Duties
To provide executive support including assisting in conducting recruitment exercises, drafting recruitment schedules and advertisements, vetting applications, providing executive support for the organisation of trade test / selection interviews and pre-board briefing / consolidation meeting, drafting relevant correspondences, preparing statistics and returns, liaising with the representatives from other sections and other duties assigned by supervisors (may be required to work overtime).
Qualification Requirement:
(a) be lawfully employable in Hong Kong;
(b) possess a bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably majoring in Human Resources Management;
(c) possess Level 3 or Grade C, or above in Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination;
