The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensures compliance with UAE Labour Law, and supports workforce management to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise attendance, leave, payroll coordination & employee records
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & company policies
• Manage recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities
• Handle employee relations & disciplinary processes
• Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summary)
• Supervise and guide the HR team

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR/Business or related field
• 4–6 years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in supervisory role)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in payroll & HRMS systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
