Position Overview
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, psychology , business Administration
AT least 3n- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
