HR Supervisor (non-manager role = HR Officer) , based in Ho Chi Minh City, will oversee all HR initiatives for QIMA in Vietnam and Front-End team across Southeast Asia. This role reports directly to the Global HR Project Manager and operates as an integral part of our Global HR team.

• The purpose of QIMA HR is to support every part of our business by ensuring we have highly motivated, capable, and dedicated teams in place to achieve our QIMA mission. 

Key Responsibilities include:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection; onboarding etc;
