Job Summary
The HR Supervisor for HR Operations oversees end-to-end HR operational functions, ensuring efficient manpower sourcing, accurate compensation and benefits administration, compliant employee records management, and effective utilization of the HRIS to support project-based and head-office requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise recruitment and staffing activities for project sites and head office, including manpower planning, hiring timelines, and onboarding.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company benefits.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee 201 files, contracts, and employment records in compliance with DOLE requirements.
- Manage and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process automation.
