+ People Analytics: Utilize data and HR metrics to assess workplace health, identify KPIs, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
+ Policy & Compliance: Establish and integrate company policies that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
+ HR Technology: Evaluate and advise on implementing suitable HR tech stacks (e.g., HRIS, ATS) to automate processes
