Job Purpose
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth administrative processes. They support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. HR Admin Staff also help with organizing training sessions, maintaining documentation, handling employee inquiries, and performing other clerical tasks to support HR initiatives and ensure an efficient, productive work environment.
