Position Overview
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Help manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Support policy implementation and adherence.
- Conduct HR-related reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 years course – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- With relevant 3 years HR experience specially in recruitment and payroll
- Good interpersonal skill and patience
