Responsible for coordinating the operation of the department and compliance with internal policies and regulations, decision making and conflict management, metrics tracking.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Coordinate the operation of the department and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Follow up and compliance of the department's systems and operation processes.
- Collaborate with the legal area in the management of labor issues, agreements and lawsuits.
- Develop, update and align Human Resources policies and procedures for application in all areas.
- Supervise the training of new personnel.
- Manage the hiring of indirect personnel and update Job Descriptions.
- Coordinate motivational activities and annual training programs.
- Ensure staff services such as transportation and cafeteria.
