Recruitment & Placement: Responsible for recruiting local and overseas employees in Dubai. Proficient in using mainstream local recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent) to manage the entire process from resume screening and interviewing to issuing offer letters.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Visa Management: Lead the onboarding process for expatriate employees, including UAE residence visa applications, labor card processing, medical fitness test registration, and Emirates ID follow-up. Handle exit interviews and ensure compliant offboarding procedures such as contract termination and visa cancellation.
Compensation, Benefits & Attendance (WPS): Responsible for monthly attendance calculation and leave management. Proficiently operate the UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) to ensure salaries are paid on time and in compliance with regulations. Assist employees with medical insurance claims and other statutory benefits.
