Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
- Basic Admin Duties, attending Phone calls, basic accounting
- Assist in keying projects for project allocation
- Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
- Interview arrangements
- Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle
- Weekly manpower update
- Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
- Maintain database for project passes
- Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
- Workers dormitory coordination
- Leave Administration
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolment
- Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
- Handle ad‑hoc office administration
- Organize company recreation event
- Ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management
